These are 0807 SMD RGB flashing LED's, they alternate between different colours, when they transition from one colour to another they give extra colours off by way of the LED light mixing, the most noticable colours are blue, white, pink, green, yellow, red and they give off lighter shades of some of those colours. 

There are two varieties, slow flash only gently meld from one colour to another and the fast flash does the same but also has a fast flash mode, it will alternate between fast and slow.
