Don't fancy upgrading your own console ? no problem, let us do it for you !

We can perform upgrades on most slim consoles (Not Winchester CPU SLIM E models) and some PHATS, Falcon and Jasper models only, please do not send Xenons, Zephyrs or Opus models. You arrange shipping it in to us and we will return it in the post (£9.99)  with the requested upgrade.

We will use suitable hardware and install the software needed.

If you want some extra bling we can change the colour of the LED's on the front ring of light and also add in a pulse LED so you can see the upgrade in action, these mods are optional, please see prices.

We will not attempt to upgrade any consoles that are experiencing heat issues or CPU and GPU issues, please do not send faulty or failing consoles. Performing upgrades will NOT fix any underlying issues, you can test your console by running a game in it for about twenty minutes so it gets hot, when we receive the console we will turn it on to make sure it is powering on only, if we find any issues or previous damage, we will notify you,  If you wish to buy this service then we request you send in ONLY the console itself and the HDD you want to use in it, no power supplies, cables or controllers. If you send us a larger drive and it is a bare drive (not in a caddy), we supply empty caddies on the store.

Something to bare in mind, performing upgrades, removing heat sinks can be the difference between a working console and a failed console, its not common for it to happen but it can and does occasionally, our work is professional and it is the nature of the beast and just plain bad luck, we will notify you immediately if this happens.

A two to three day turnaround is aimed for, except weekends, and dependant when it arrives, it can be up to one week max during busier periods. if it is going to take any longer or there are delays we will notify you. Please package your console well, it will be returned in the same packaging.

We have send in orders turning up daily, if you do not put something inside it, a copy of your invoice, order ID or name, we will have no idea who the console belongs to, in this situation it will not get done until its owner has made themselves known to us, this will add extras time to the turnaround.
